Nishith Gupta is a Citrix, VMware and Multi-cloud certified professional with over 15 years of experience across Solution Architecture, Designing, and Consulting. Employed as Senior Infrastructure Architect with Cognizant in Netherlands, his role focuses on designing and deploying VDI and Datacenter solutions. Nishith strives to produce cost-effective, highly scalable, resilient, and secure solutions for customers of all verticals.
Over the past two years, he has developed a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). He began his career as a Wintel Administrator and steadily advanced through roles in hypervisors, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and eventually public cloud, before expanding his focus into AI and LLM technologies.
Nishith likes reading Sci-fi and Mythic fiction books when he is not invested in work or in denial about having a social life.
In addition to writing on his blog, Nishith Gupta devotes himself in teaching Citrix or Microsoft products to at least two students every year free of charges. During the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2021), he was able to help two people in finding a job with a better salary package and designation.
Nishith graduated, Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A), from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut, UP, India in 2006. After that, he completed his post-graduation, Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A), from Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, UP, India in 2009.

Nishith Gupta holds the distinction of being the first Citrix Technology Advocate (CTA) from India. He earned the prestigious CTA title three consecutive times, in the 2021, 2022, and 2023 classes. Following this achievement, he chose to step away from the program voluntarily to concentrate on other areas of his career.
